Return & Refund Policy – Yacono Sports Collectibles

At Yacono Sports Collectibles, all sales are final — due to the volatility of the sports card and memorabilia market, we do not accept returns on purchases unless specific exceptions apply.

We will consider exceptions in the following cases:

1. Item Not as Described

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item’s condition is significantly different from the listing (e.g., wrong grade, unlisted damage)

2. Item Damaged During Shipping

  • Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • You must provide clear photo evidence of the packaging and item

3. Authenticity or Verification Issues

  • If an item is proven to be non-authentic and not properly disclosed, we will fully refund the order upon verification


To Request a Return Exception

Email yaconosportscollectiblesllc@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging


Important Notes

  • Refunds (if approved) will be issued to the original payment method

  • Return shipping (if required) is the buyer’s responsibility unless the error is on our end

  • Items must be returned in the exact condition received — sealed items must be unopened, and cards must remain in sleeves/top loaders or slabs
