Return & Refund Policy – Yacono Sports Collectibles
At Yacono Sports Collectibles, all sales are final — due to the volatility of the sports card and memorabilia market, we do not accept returns on purchases unless specific exceptions apply.
We will consider exceptions in the following cases:
1. Item Not as Described

You received the wrong item

The item’s condition is significantly different from the listing (e.g., wrong grade, unlisted damage)
2. Item Damaged During Shipping

Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

You must provide clear photo evidence of the packaging and item
3. Authenticity or Verification Issues

If an item is proven to be non-authentic and not properly disclosed, we will fully refund the order upon verification

Items must be returned in the exact condition received — sealed items must be unopened, and cards must remain in sleeves/top loaders or slabs
